Easter Tablescape

I could not wait until Easter to "play" with this cute tablescape!  I have had my eye on these super cute bunny plates since shortly after the Christmas holidays.  When Pier 1 had a sale, I knew that they had to come home with me.

How cute are they?

and Dapper

and serious

and sweet

and full of personality!

They are placed on grass green mats that I found at the Dollar Store.  The napkins are from Target (I hit a sale with them too!).  I glittered the wine glasses in an earlier post.

The bunnies in my centerpiece are my favorite Easter decorations.  Don't they look like they are all dressed up for the Easter parade?

They are both by Jim Shore.  The egg cups have been in my Easter "stash" for awhile. The eggs are toys.

Just look at that sweet face!

And what do Bunnies eat when they are getting ready for an Easter Parade?

Why Bunny Chow of course! (Or maybe Rabbit Rations? We can't decide on the name.) This is very similar to the "Mickey Munch", "Cougar Crunch" and "Bruin Bites" snack mix that I first mentioned here.  This time I used "Annies" Cheddar Rabbits, Easter M&Ms, and marshmallows for the season.

I know that I am going to have a hard time putting these plates away after the holiday. Maybe I'll call them "Spring Plates" and use them all season! I think I'll join up with "Tablescape Thursday" over at "Between Naps on the Porch".  Why don't you hop over there and see some more cute Easter tablescapes?

Thanks for stopping by today!

  1. What a charming table. First let me say I want those plates they are sold out at all the stores (5) of them in my State. I was told they weren't available online either. I am not giving up though. Aren't they the most charming plates ever? Your bunny chow is amazing. I know my grandchildren would enjoy it. I am saving your recipe. I so enjoyed your post. Happy Easter
