It's February!
Wow! It has truly been quite the year, hasn't it? A part of me cannot believe that it is already February while another part thinks that January lasted forever! Regardless- I am happy to celebrate with some crafting (and love!)
Of course, with February comes Valentine's Day, a ready made excuse to get out the Cricut and some cute paper and get crafting!
This truck was originally intended for Christmas for my Mom but my crazy schedule being what it is, I did not get it finished. Oh well! Little red pickup trucks work well for Valentine's Day, too!
This is a great cut from SVGCuts. It is a little more complicated than most that I have worked with from that site, but the video instructions are great.
Fill the truck bed with some little red foam hearts (originally floral picks from the Dollar Store with the sticks removed) and you have a super cute Valentine's Day decoration!
Here is the first pickup truck I made from the same cut. I fill the bed with Easter eggs, pumpkins, stars or Christmas trees depending on the season. (I just realized that I first showed it to you in my Valentine's post last year! )
You can find that post here.
I hope that you are finding time to get some Valentine's crafting done these days. Or maybe baking or reading or whatever makes your heart happy!
Thanks for stopping by today!
~Cynthia
