A Casual Easter Tablescape
It has been such a long time since I posted a tablescape! It's been a while since I even bothered to set a special table and that's not good. Every meal should have a special setting- whether it is a fancy meal or soup and sandwich night.
I really enjoyed putting together this cute little table for two. It is just my husband and I at home now and we have a special table in our great room just for us. Perfect for conversation at the end of the day and a cute Easter tablescape!
The salad plates are from Pier 1. You can see the al fresco setting I posted with them a couple of years ago here. They have an updated version this year and they are super cute. Since my daughters reminded me that we won't be a family of four forever (are they trying to tell me something?) I think I am going to add the new ones to my collection when they go on clearance, just in case we get new family members sometime in the future!
The glasses and flatware are from Pier 1 as well. The table runner is new from Target this year. Perfect for springtime!
I made the basket centerpiece (well, I made several!), including the chocolate filled carrots inside. I will share information about them in my Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog post this Monday. I hope you will come back to see them!
I hope that you have a Happy Easter and that every table you share is a special one!
Thanks for stopping by today!
