Finding Some Luck o'the Irish

When I was a young girl, I believed that if you found a leprechaun he would grant your wish and give you good luck for a year.  Every year I would spend time in the backyard searching behind trees and under rocks just knowing that I would eventually find a little green man just waiting to make my wish come true. I never found one, but I still enjoyed my little ventures and the leaves, early flowers, birds and other little natural treasures that I found.

This search inspired my project for this week's Fantabulous Cricut Challenge.

My little leprechaun found his own treasure in the form of a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. The gold was in a field of glittery shamrocks and our little green dude is even dressed up in a little bling himself- a gold hat band and tiny leprechaun shoes embellished with "rhinestones".

The lucky leprechaun and his pot o'gold are made from the "Paper Doll Dress Up" cartridge.  The rainbow is from "Create a Critter" and the shamrocks are deconstructed from JGoode Designs on Design Space.

Here is this week's Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog Challenge.
