Even The Easter Bunny Gets Thirsty!
I went out to visit my daughters this weekend and wanted to take a little pre-Easter treat. I found some water bottles in my stash of craft supplies and decided to embellish them for Easter, just in time for the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge with an Easter theme.
The bunny is from the "Doodlecharms" cartridge- one of my first and one of my favorites. The font is from a standard Cricut font from "Design Space", I don't know the name. Honestly, I did not want to use these letters, but I could not use my favorite "Type Candy Font- Better with Chocolate". There was an issue with Design Space last week and I could not use the font without going back to my old machine with the actual cartridge. I called Customer Service and they were quite nice and the problem (on their end, not with my machine) was remedied overnight. But working on a tight schedule forced me to use this font for my "Hoppy Easter" message. I think it still turned out cute and when filled with candy, my daughters liked it!
Here is the information about this week's challenge:
Challenge #298-Easter
Make a project about Easter.
This Weeks Sponsor is DL. Art- www.dianamlarson.com and the prize is an Easter Bundle. To qualify for the prize, be sure to use at least 1 Cricut cut on your project and if it's not obvious, let us know what cartridge you used. If you use a Cricut Explore machine, at least one cut must be from the Cricut catalog of images.
If it isn't a card, you will get two entries into the drawing!
I hope that you will join us in this challenge or hop on over to the blog to see the creative projects that the other crafters have posted.
Thanks for stopping by today!
